Licorice extract

This product is a yellowish-brown powder, having special odor and sweet taste.
It is mainly used in the food industry as a high grade, low calorie natural
sweetener. As it has a very strong effect in controlling salts, it is often used
as a flavoring agent for vegetables pickled in soy sauce.
